On 30 September and 1 October 2025, an FC Real Sireți delegation were the guests of Sevilla FC at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios training ground. The visit was part of an exchange and cooperation programme focused on developing and identifying young talent.
Sevilla’s methodology up close
Our coaches watched training sessions of the high-performance programme, the academy groups, Sevilla C and Sevilla Atlético first-hand, seeing the methodology that has made the Andalusian club a benchmark in the all-round development of footballers.
Data, analysis and innovation
The programme included meetings with the club’s data department, the academy analysis team and the football lab — conversations about innovation, performance monitoring and modern methods of developing talent. Afternoons were dedicated to the academy, the heart of the club, and the visit ended with a tour of the legendary Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium.
The experience at Sevilla is a valuable source of ideas that we apply both in our football school and with the first team. Thank you to our hosts for their welcome and openness!
